Misión de Jesús de Tavarangue
comunica que, cualquier acción que pueda atentar a la conservación del
monumento, como rayar los muros, realizar escrituras, subir en ventanales y
otros, constituye una falta a la Ley N°

5621/16: DE
PROTECCIÓN DEL PATRIMONIO CULTURAL
Artículo 1°:
OBJETO DE LA LEY
Esta
Ley tiene como objeto la protección, la salvaguardia, la preservación, el
rescate, la restauración y el registro de los bienes culturales de todo el
país; así como la promoción, difusión, estudio, investigación y acrecentamiento
de tales bienes.
Artículo 42°: RÉGIMEN DE SANCIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS
a)
Será castigado con multa de entre 500 (quinientos) y
2000 (dos mil) jornales mínimos para actividades diversas no
especificadas, el que dañare bienes culturales definidos en esta Ley.
b)
Será castigado con multa de entre 200 (doscientos) y
400 (cuatrocientos) jornales mínimos para actividades diversas no
especificadas, quienes hubieren faltado al deber de guarda de los bienes
culturales.
Las
faltas a esta Ley serán denunciadas donde corresponde

Law
No. 5621/16: Protection of cultural heritage
Article 1: OBJECT OF THE LAW
The
purpose of this law is the protection, safeguarding, pre-redemption, rescue,
restoration and registration of cultural property throughout the country; as
well as the promotion, dissemination, study, research, and enhancement of such
assets.
Article 42: REGIME OF ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS
a)
You will be punished with a fine of between 500 and 2,000
times the minimum wages for various activities not
specified, which will damage cultural property defined in this law.
b)
You will be punished with a fine of between 200 and 400
times the minimum wages for various activities not
specified, who have failed to guard the cultural property.
Failure
to obey this law will be reported where appropriate.
